I am a person who works from home as a senior and this was my first time working from home. Most supplies were easy to come by but after working for 8 months or so it was my need to have some custom notebooks which would make it easier to work by recording things as they transpired in my work day. I had been roughly customizing store-purchased notebooks. This was satisfactory but tedious and time-consuming.\nI reached out to several custom printing sources. What I needed was a very small order and I had a design made from my Microsoft Office program however it was rough.\nThe way I was treated by these companies was not what I consider good customer service or accommodating to small orders. I was quoted high prices and it would take days to get a quote.\nI actually stumbled across Preferred Direct because I did yet another search but forgot to search in my area so Preferred Direct popped up. After reading their profile I thought maybe they would understand my dilemma of having a small order along with a small budget.\nI was contacted back quickly and a quote returned fast. It was a good fair quote and they could have my order prepared quickly as well. The other places were double what Preferred Direct charged me and didn't give me wonderful customer service, didn't respond quickly, and sometimes did not respond at all. I'm talking about well-known custom printers in my area too.\nI told everyone I could about Preferred Direct. I posted a recommendation on my neighborhood Facebook, I told my boss and just anyone that would listen.\nIf you want a fair price for a good printed product and quality customer service, this is it! They treat you well no matter if you are tiny or large.\nI can't say enough good things about them. Don't take my word for it, give them a try and you will be singing their praises too.\nI wish them nothing but the best.

Preferred Direct has helped me the last two years with projects for our Rotary Club. In both instances, I shared my vision for the project and both times, the Preferred team had suggestions to make it better. The outcome was better than my original idea and I love that!

I have never worked for this company, but I did have a chance to interview for an open position. The interview was probably the worse and most uncomfortable interview I have ever had. They treated me/my interview as a joke. They shaded my academic accomplishments ; as if having my MBA isn't valuable (26 y/o). The Finance/Revenue Mgr was very rude and standoffish. In fact, her demeanor was slightly racist. She would not shake my hand until I practically forced her by leaving my hand extended. Even then she didn't close her hands to complete the hand shake. I also noticed there is a lack of diversity (POC), except for the labor men -go figure. Throughout the entire interview I felt like they were simply trying to meet their quota (interview POC).
