THE WORST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.I SHIPPED A PACKAGE TWO DAYS AGO AND THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AND BLAMES USPS. I ASKED THE GIRL SAM VERY SPECIFICALLY, IF MY PACKAGE WOULD BE SHIPPED THAT DAY AND SHE SAID YES. I CALLED 48HRS LATER TO BE TOLD MY ITEM SAT AT PAKMAIL FOR 24HRS BEFORE THEY SHIPPED IT AND DID NOT SCAN MY SHIPPING LABEL FOR TRACKING PURPOSES. I COULD HAVE TOOK MY PACKAGE TO USPS MYSELF IF I WAS PROVIDED THE CORRCT TIMEFRAME AND INFORMATION FROM PAKMAIL. THIS JUST HORRIBLY

I had a shipment worth close to $3000 sent out through the Norfolk Pak Mail. I naively assumed it would require a signature on the receiving end and Pak Mail did not ask me if I wanted a signature receipt. Because of that, a great deal of time, effort and money has been wasted.

Love this place! Always quick and effective service, and they are great at managing people when everyone seems to flood into the tiny shop at the same time. Grateful they're so close, which makes it extra convenient!

I came here to get some shipping supplies (Large box, tape and packing peanuts )and found exactly what I needed with ease. The prices are reasonable and they give you a variety of options to chose from. There was little to no line unlike other carrier stores. The associates are welcoming, friendly and made my purchases smooth and simple. I suggest coming here first before having to wait at your local ups/fed ex.

Stay away from this dishonest business. I paid for priority mail and was guaranteed that my important documents would reach their destination on time ,just to arrive 2 days late. I called corporate they were unorganized and unhelpful, so I attempted to speak with Nancy, this location's owner. However, some rude emotionless worker bee hopped on the phone and told me that Nancy was out for lunch and that it was nothing to be done since no freight business is offering a money back guarantee at the moment, which is a lie. She also wanted to emphasize that she's been with the company for 12 years meaning "she knows everything", which is a waste in my eyes....12 years wasted as a worker of low profile, just sad. Then she goes on to tell me that Martin Luther King day affected my package delivery and " that everyone knows MLK day is a important holiday" like she's so smart especially given the 12 years at pak mail right?. Any way this is a first and last for me and I suggest going to Usps or UPS directly. Oh yeah I have taken the liberty of posting my experience on social media so my 5,386 local followers can know to avoid this dump.
