This is a complete gym. Everything you need right there. Spot is great, Clean. And friendly staff.

This facility is epic for overall fitness and well being. I especially recommend the pool. Instructors are so warm and welcoming. The life guards are very kind and attentive. My favorite is Kristina, she even gives me tips on how to improve my swimming techniques.

The Student Recreation Center (SRC) is a multi-level fitness and wellness facility with 121,000 square feet of space. Highlights of the building include an elevated jogging track above activity courts, 15,000 square feet of cardio and weight machines, four group exercise rooms, an indoor pool, and the Outdoor Adventure Center with a bike rental and repair shop. Student Recreation Center facilities are student-fee funded facilities and are provided at no additional charge to all enrolled fee-paying ODU students. The SRC offers affordable membership options for ODU faculty, staff and retirees, alumni, University Friends and community members. Guests may access the facility if 18+, sponsored and accompanied by active member or current student.
