I was looking for a part online and having to stop by my nearest NAPA while on their website. A young lady had helped me locate that part almost immediately at another store that was conveniently along my route. Id do it again ?

Don’t bother going to this place and think you’re getting quality care. They will try to beef up what you really need done, and they charged me for an engine diagnostic despite already giving them the engine diagnostic results from another establishment and asking for an oil change and tune up. Asked them to rectify the charge and was of course denied. Now I have a squeaking car which wasn’t happening before the tune up and an almost $200 fee for a diagnostic they knew they didn’t need to do.

True professionals serving professionals. Parts counter is top notch. If they do not have the part, they will gladly expedite getting it. Full parts line in stock foriegn and domestic. OEM and aftermarket. Oil, wipers, batteries, and tools.
