What can I say, it D.T.L.R. ?. If you're looking for customer service. Go somewhere else. Because this franchise is so not into customer service in 757. Walked into this location. It was 2 employees sitting down talking amongst themselves. I was in the store for some time. And it took for me to walk to checkout and look around. I said oh, y'all work here. I thought you were customers. I'm speechless to this company.

Three employees behind the counter and I was the and one sat on the counter and one of them address me the 15 minutes I was there. Sad to be treated like that when stock it high and sales are low for this store.

My personal experience at this store at this particular location was pretty bad to say the very least. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I recently called about a shoe that was released a few days ago and the man who answered the phone was very rude and hung up in my face. My sister also called to order a different shoe and the woman she spoke to was very unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude. My sister asked to speak to the manager and the lady refused and told her the next time she called the store she needed to "call with some decency". Whoever the overall manager is, you need to train your staff better, and teach them to be more professional and have better phone etiquette.If i could give negative stars i definitely would. I do not recommend at all.

They definitely need to send the employees to a customer service class. Not engaging nor polite at all. I wanted a pair of shoes but decided not to buy based on the employees lazy and nasty demeanor
