I find the attitude of the lady who is today, Monday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m., at the reception of office 893 E Little Creek network in Norfolk, painful, who has denied me attention in Spanish, telling me that they have no one that speaks that language nor will they have it, knowing that there are 2 employees in that office who do speak it and that is why many Spanish speakers go there for the help they give us in issues as delicate as economic ones.

I go through the drive thru all the time because I do not like to go inside the bank. It is quick and easy. No fuss and muss.

Came here today and the line was out the door..Not enough tellers..They need to do something about this..Everytime I come here I'm waiting a minimum of 20min each time very unacceptable!!!

It was Saturday at 10:45 and Even though it was a Long line inside; I was assisted, and outta there in 45 minutes. Super friendly staff and they are open till 2:00.EVERY WEEKEND

If you don't look hard enough, you'll miss the front entrance of the bank. Too many of the other locations which were my 'home' locations have closed down which were within a mile of me. Gimme a break, Bank of the ENTIRE America!

Here today on Saturday, July 16, 2022. No drive thru's are open except ATM. Have been in lobby standing in line for 40 minutes and lines are very long. With only 2 tellers they should not be conducting BUSINESS transactions on a Saturday. One person had 5 bags and took 20 minutes at counter. I know with the economy and work shortage it is difficult everywhere, but with COVID still spreading this is a very important concern for me . Why don't they just have two drive thru windows open and people can be and feel safer in their own vehicles than enclosed in a small lobby area.

Just when you thought this place couldn't get any worse now they're closed at 4pm. Brilliant y'all must really hate staying in businessUpdate Aaug 3rd 2022 still suck waited in line over 30 min while 3 people helped one customer and 6 people waiting in line.

Somehow doesn't understand what an escrow account is, and refuses to open one, despite proper paperwork. This is gross incompetence.

I WENT TO THIS LOCATION, NOV. A GOOD APPT. ...I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT GIVE TEMP CARDS ANYMORE, THE WOMAN WHO I SPOKE WITH KEPT SAY ANYTHING ELSE, ANYTHING ELSE, SHE WAS IN A HURRY... JUST FELT LIKE I KEPT HER FROM HER LUNCH.

On days that they are backed up they do their best to keep the line moving most delays are people not having the proper paperwork or I.D. or they can't withdraw money at that time and want to argue and not leave and come back tomorrow. After a deposit has cleared. It's not the bank employees fault.

The rent a cop is a D**k! Also he is bad at his Job. He was on his phone for 30 mins straight. I asked if the drive through was open. He was like "no it has been closed for 5 years." As if I should know... I pulled up with an out of state plate. He is probably not a veteran because having had been in the Marines my self I can tell you we have way more attention to detail and we do our job instead of staring at our phone.
