Came to deposit multiple checks and was turned away and told to do it myself one by one on their app. Terrible service

The worst Bank of America and they refuse to change. Complained to the branch manager about the teller at the front. Dark skinned lady is so rude and inconsiderate! She needs to be fired immediately. I will never be returning to this branch again.
