Ever since Ms.D left this place has fallen apart.from bums asking for money out front to the refrigerators not being cold, roaches in the donut display,it takes 20 mins to fill your car with gas because the pump is so slow.overall the worst 711 in the area I will drive past this one to go the the 711 on tidewater

Well I been going to 711 for twenty years. Some are great some are not. I also work at one. My store is special and unique. We are not located on the beach front so we get mostly people from the neighborhood.

The manager and all the other 711 employees are wonderful, they keep the store clean . The gas pumps work . The outside is clean, no trash on the ground. They deserve a raise

By far the WORST 7-11 in Norfolk. Managers and staff are rude as can be! They can't even do their job because they are too busy on their personal phones while scanning your purchases. I DO NOT recommend this place. Bayview BP is a much better store and its just across the street.

I love their staff. Always friendly. Even when getting yelled at by some cranking customer. They maintain a even keel. Good staff is so important. It's the reason I'll go pass several of the same stores to go to the one that I'm treated kindly at and I'm welcomed. Hold on to that crew, retaining your good people will increase sales. We want to recognize & be recognized.

My 2015 Jeep Cherokee was stolen at this 7/11 in less than 8minI ask to see the video so we could follow the car coz the time was short, they refused. Up till now I hve not heard anything about it. The off going associates didn’t even show concern.

This 7-Eleven location has been here a very long time as long as I can remember. Has had some remodels and some upgrades. Store is still very clean and well up kept is one of the smaller 7-Eleven locations but still nice and convenient. Keep up the great work
