I was recently hired at this 7/11 on 06/20/24. they have yet to give me an update as if I’m just going to forget, I’ve filed complaints and the manager refuses to call me back regarding the position. The manager is also telling the employees to say he’s not there. This is unacceptable & unprofessional..worst 7/11 in the area.

Me and a few customers have been sitting outside waiting for more than 30minutes because they said they are having a “meeting” I do not like this new crew. They are letting the store go downhill.

This store is the cleanest 7-11 I have wcmvwr entered. Jason was working hard at making the floors shine. Polite, professional and curious.

This store has gone completely downhill since corporate took over. The employees are rude, distracted and they NEVER have the things in stock that they should. They never have items ready on the grill and have completely abandoned the customer base and what people had grown accustomed to. Absolutely horrible location now!

Black dude wearing a Ben 10 jacket works the mornings and keeps the door closed, so if you get there at 5 am hoping to get something you won't, hes too lazy and rude, all he does is glare at you and mutter under his breath

I gave this place 3 chances now I'm done. I went to purchase wings only for one of the employees on this day ignore me texting on his phone. Also he is the same employee who does not like to serve food behind the counter because he is very slow getting hotdogs it takes him 10 minutes to do that.i call customer service about the issue and cancel my 7 11 rewards. You don't treat customers like we don't mean nothing.

My son and I stopped in here on Thanksgiving afternoon for a couple beverages in between our holiday festivities. I had a temporary issue with my debit card and my son needed help with the Slurpee machine.Andrew was a breath of fresh air! He was helpful, efficient, and kind. He went out of his way to cater to my son and managed to make this Thanksgiving just a little more special than it had been prior to our stop at 711!!!! We will be back. Thanks again Andrew!
