Everyone was very polite and helpful when I rented a golf cart for an event I was hosting. Everybody who attended it was glad I had rented the golf cart. If I ever need to rent another golf cart I will be calling Virginia Golf Carts for one of their clean and well maintained golf carts.

My daughter purchased a well made aesthetically appealing golf cart made by Virginia Golf Carts and I am enjoying it! I came by the store personally and had a wonderful talk with the owner about making it street legal. He was welcoming, kind, attentive, and informative. If you want a cart for any reason this is the place to get it from.

All the staff was very pleasant and Kenny was especially informative and helpful. The Bintelli golf cart is top of the line and Kenny was very competitive on his pricing.Would highly recommend and they have a variety of other golf cart lines both New and Used.

My Club Car had been running slowly and with erratic speed. Nate and his team worked with me in order to properly diagnose the root problem and they fixed it so that it runs better than ever. They followed through, communicated throughout the process, and did everything they promised. Very pleased with VGC&B!!!

It didn’t charge before and explained it multiple times and that’s what I wanted fixed. Charge me 350 to look at and tighten some bolts. Tan and drive when dropped it off. Still doesn’t charge and nothing has changed as if I never dropped it off

To follow-up on my frustration with this business, I am experiencing the exact same issue I had two months ago and posted about. I spoke with the owner who wants $250 to diagnose the problem I spent over $700 a couple months ago to have He said he wouldn't charge me if they were at fault. They charged me over $700 for a voltage meter and a battery terminal. I have no confidence they will stand behind their work so I'm just trying elsewhere.
