Do not go to this store. I traded my phone in and was said I have 30 days to come turn my old phone in. The girl rushed me into leaving after I “purchased” new iPhone not being explained that it’s not traded in until I actually come back with my old phone. Why did she not just take my phone on the spot???
When I came back the offer value changed by $100 dollars
So they’re either bit trained correctly or they’re trained to scam.
Better to go to the mall store!!

I had accidentally dropped my 4 year old S20 Ultra that morning and cracked the screen. Very irritating indeed. I remembered that there was a Verizon dealer next door to the Acura dealer and proceeded to reach out for their support. Natalia opened the store promptly at 1000am and I was the second customer. She jumoed right in and helped me to transfer to a new S24 Ultra and got me a fair trade in. I am very satisfied with her assistance and professionalism!

Do not use this store. They are completely useless. I had an online order delivered to their store and they failed to fulfill the whole order. They stated they couldn’t do it even though I told them that there was numerous notes Andre’s to account. They didn’t even go in to look at them. At one point somebody told my wife that the item was normally mailed to customer (STRAIGHT OUT LIE). This store can go burn in hell.

Do not go to this Verizon store! My wife and I bought new phones from them and they lie to us about the trade in promotion on old phones for our new ones. Very displease with the sales integrity of their sales force. Especially the mid aged gentleman who works there. Beware buying from this store

Let me start by saying I HATE Verizon. They have caused me so much stress throughout the years. But today I had an experience with Vanessa at this location, and despite her being a newer hire, she helped me (at the same time as other people) and handled every single issue I had with ease.Verizon hasn’t even had my name spelled correctly for years and she made sure that was fixed. I had issues on my account and she called corporate and told them to fix it. She was incredible. I live all the way in Norfolk but I refuse to go to any other location than this store. Good job Vanessa!

Honestly, the nicest and most helpful staff! We arrive a few minutes after they closed due to a mix up and overall rotten afternoon. They still helped us and did it with a smile! So thankful for them!
