Called Binswanger Glass and talked to an older woman, two weeks ago, to get a price for a 6 x 9 inch piece of mirror. This is what surprised me. She quoted me $30 for a 6 x 9 inch mirror!!! Now I realize prices have gone up on a lot of things but this is price gouging! Definitely will not be going there nor will I be calling them for a quote.

Really happy with the service and product received. Got a quote within 24 hours of an internet submission for a replacement windshield. Price was lower than some other local companies and scheduling was easy. Installer came to the house and had the new windshield done quicker than I anticipated. Its only been a few days but so far I dont notice any issues. Will definitely recommend to others based in this experience.

I had the Newport News location repair my Honda Element windshield. The original repair was poorly done. It left a hazy spot on the glass about the size of a nickel. So they told me that they would replace the windshield for no charge. When they did, the glass was defective and wavy. Almost giving you a headache driving to work. Just difficult to see through. They admitted that windshield was defective and they should not have installed it. I had to wait a couple of days for the next windshield installation. When they finally finished the job, they told me they had damaged the clear coat on the roof of my vehicle. They also refused to give me a rental car while mine was in the bodyshop getting the clear coat repaired. They did pay for all of the extra damages, but this was too much of a hassle to just repair a windshield.

Well I placed the order on August 31st. Almost 4 weeks later I still didn't receive my product. I needed glass shelf for my curio cabinet. Called back last Friday and lady asuured me that my order would be ready this Friday 08/21/2020.Call back today and my order is not ready yet. So disappointed with service. I will not recomend or go there again. I will take my bussines elswere.

They don't seem to communicate the status of your work placed there like I believe they should. They said they called me a couple of times but left no message???Nice folks but kinda leave you hanging.

Reliable, quick service! I broke a storm door glass and took it to their store/shop for repair. Brenda was most helpful and called me for pickup as soon as it was repaired. They did a great job of glass replacement. I certainly recommend Binswanger Glass for your repairs/glass replacement needs.

They did an excellent job replacing my windshield. However they tried putting the blame on me for the broken mirror mount. It kept falling off the button on the windshield.
