Closed the store 45min early arrived to pickup a battery ppl in store with door locked refused service I will never return Advance Auto never did this.

The lady in there might be one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I walked up to her to ask a question and began with how are you doing and she answers me by saying I need to go find someone else that she’s to busy to help me with anything. When there is NOT ONE PERSON in the store. Terrible customer service.

Battery brought no good had to get one from Totoya was out of work for days when the manager realize I wasn’t exchanging for a new one her whole attitude became unacceptable and unprofessional.. never buy anything from another Auto Zone basic offer that experience.

I went into this AutoZone today asking what motor oil I needed for my car, and told them what had been going on with it. They of course helped with that. April then came out to check my battery instead of just blindly selling me a new one, which I'm super grateful for! She also checked my oil to make sure everything was good. She then gave me some advice, I followed, and I'll check back in with them in a few days. Everyone working there was funny and kind, and this will definitely be my go-to store from now on!
