I can’t say enough about Franks engraving. He was able to engrave my grandsons name on a silver cup in a timely manner, with professionalism and expertise. In fact, he was the only one in the area that offered to accept the challenge and I was very pleased with the outcome! I will definitely return and I highly recommend Franks Engraving.

I contacted Frank's Engraving to laser etch tools with my company logo branding and inventory numbers. Not only did Richard offer a competitive price model, but he was responsive to our timeline. When the final product was delivered, it surpassed our expectations of quality! We will definitely use Frank's Engraving again, and I highly recommend their service.

Staff is very rude and unfriendly.... It is like they don't want money or to do work..... Very disappointed in the way this place treats there customers. They do not communicate with there customers when they say they would. They were unable to work on our project, but never reached out to discuss options with us. Save your money and time and find a better place to do business.

What a great place. I needed a watch engraved kind of quickly. They showed me how the lettering would look on the back of the watch and what size it would be. They actually had it done that day. The staff was really knowledgeable and abundantly helpful and friendly and the price was perfect. I couldn't have had a better experience ! Thank you.
