I went with a group to get manicures and pedicures and the experience was vastly different for each person.. one of us got a full 45 minutes pedicure and the other got cold water, no massage, and just painted nails ( mind you, we were charged the same). The main reason for the low rating is that they tried to use the same nail kit on all of us, instead of grabbing a new and sanitized kit. I ended up saying no thank you to the callus remover because it still had dead skin from the person next to me on it with no intent to clean it in between.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! Super easy to make an appointment, wonderful staff, and one of my favorite nail designs I’ve ever gotten done. She shaped them beautifully - design is very neat & clean. Would highly recommend for anyone in the SML area!!

Finding a good nail salon is hard. I have gone to many different salons and this one by far exceeds expectations. It’s either great or really great! ? staff is friendly, listens to what you want and is quick but careful to give you the best results. I look forward to my monthly trip here and will be back!

I had an appointment to get a pedicure and manicure. When I arrived, the gentleman at the front told a lady to do them. She didn’t want to so another lady did them. She was not friendly and was rough with my feet and hands. She was also not dressed appropriately as she was wearing a mini dress and had to use a towel to cover herself up when she did my pedicure. She did not trim my toenails as I requested and barely spent anytime doing my manicure. My gel manicure only lasted 5 days. I feel like I threw my money away. I will not be back.

I've been going to Diva nails for 3 years. I usually left happy but the last 3 months I've gone, I was really very disappointed. I felt not listened to, each time I asked for nail polish NOT !! GEL !! but guess what??!!!? I was given GEL again!! I also felt lied to. I was told that the polish on the shelf behind the tech wasn't gel and the box had two bottles, she said one was gel and the other was polish. Then how can I struggle to remove the so called polish with regular nail polish remover??? I had to soak my fingers in a polish that only removes gel nails. Also I was grossly overcharged for just a manicure. People have always complimented me on my nails. And with the gel nails it is ruining my nails. Never again!!! Susan

nice ppl, but low quality work. the leg massage was awesome, but the polish sucks. she acked me if I wanted a flower on my toe and I said sure why not and she put she put some weeds on my toe. she asked if I liked it and I told her no. then 74 year old man fkd my nails all the way up. they shaped like nothing I've ever seen before and the paint is chipping and I got them yesterday smsh. NEVER AGAIN !!!! 245.00 of waste. the vibe was the only good in there.

Had a manicure & pedicure today at Diva Nails. I go there at least every few months. My husband and I went to get ready for a cruise that we are taking. Hanna is the one that did my nails today. She took her time and did an absolutely incredible job with my gel nails which I chose an ombre color for. She made sure that they were perfect to the point she filed one down and started over with it because it had a small flaw. The staff there is always talkative and friendly, very personable. If you haven't tried them you're missing out on a great family owned salon. I will definitely be back myself. Thank you Hanna you are a pleasure to be around ?
