I have never been more satisfied with a bank. The customer service at this location goes above and beyond. I’ve had some issues that they were able to resolve immediately. Some of the so-called “larger” banks would do well to take lessons from Woodforest employees.

I don't have an account here, I just go in to get money orders but the customer service is the best, they are very polite and kind, last month when I was there the money order machine was down so I hope it's working when I go tomorrow, but they are very nice people

The most polite group of employees I've had the pleasure of talking to. They know my name and have always greeted me with a warm smile. They're very good at what they do and none of my visits have been unnecessarily long. Great job guys!!

The bestest Woodforest Bank location I've ever come to. It's closest to the door, the management and team members are knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and accurate. There's never a line, and it's perfect for older people like me that need fast banking and be able to shop too. Rated #1 best location in Chesterfield County, VA, in my opinion.

My mother has had an awful time at this location. ONE issue was when she went to pull money out of their ATM recently, and it kept denying her. She didn't understand why, so she went in to ask someone working there. The person told her it was because a lot of people use it. She asked if that meant it was empty, and the person working there said he thinks that's why. If it's empty and they know it why not put a sign saying that it's temporary unavailable?... If they are able to fill it then they need to replenish it. There were other issues as well such as counting out money incorrectly, but this was the most recent.

Woodforest is a great Bank they're open 7 days a week and they have long hours I've gone there several times on a Sunday and had someone help me. Also their staff is very friendly as well
