I have never been more satisfied with a bank. The customer service at this location goes above and beyond. I’ve had some issues that they were able to resolve immediately. Some of the so-called “larger” banks would do well to take lessons from Woodforest employees.

I don't have an account here, I just go in to get money orders but the customer service is the best, they are very polite and kind, last month when I was there the money order machine was down so I hope it's working when I go tomorrow, but they are very nice people
