I have worked with Wells Fargo since 2001 (Wachovia) and I have to say this branch is very well run and has the best, friendly customer service. The branch manager, Ross (I think?!), always has a fantastic attitude and very knowledgeable. I have only done simple banking here, usually the sale or purchase of private party vehicles over time, and they make it easy every time. I'll be back soon for Notary services and another transaction soon.

I am so impressed with this Wells Fargo branch and their excellent service. Specifically their manager Ross Stanley, who took personal responsibility to resolve a problem with my ATM card being swallowed by the machine. I have never had a banker show so much genuine concern and execute at such a high level of service. Thank you Ross and I hope that Wells Fargo recognizes your outstanding representation of their bank.

This is the only location I go to. Everyone in there is beyond nice and know me as well. I have to say Ross Stanley is the best person I have ever encountered. He is always so helpful and helps me when I have any issue. I have never had that connection before dealing with any other bank. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Maps shows the bank in the wrong spot. It's actually across from the Burger King. The drive thru was fast and efficient and the tellers are nice.

Very polite and helpful manager, and the banakers are really nice and they go above and beyond to address your questions. I recommend this branch if you live in this side of town.

Absolutely the worst customer service and professionalism of any branch of any bank I've ever dealt with in my life. 10 days ago they lost a $320 deposit I made in one of their ATMs. They finally got that straight yesterday. This past Saturday they lost the $750 deposit that I made and now they're telling me it may take 10 days to find. Upon complaining in branch to the service manager Susanna Manfredi, she told me that I was welcome to make a complaint online and that it was no big deal that her customer service representative took someone before me who had come in after me. Then she threatened to call the police to have me escorted out while I was waiting to get my withdrawal because I called her an a*** For being so smarmy and sarcastic and uncaring about customers. Well I could tell by her employees reactions that she was and is indeed an a*** She is a festering nasty woman who works for a bank that emulates her exactly. While waiting in line an elderly woman in front of me started chiming in on my complaints and saying how horrible the bank was and how they are always making her wait while other people who came in after her went in front of her, and how the only reason she comes in there is because her alimony check is deposited there. She told me to go to central Virginia bank, so I'm going to give them a try, after I get my $750 lost deposit from these hacks. Do not bank at this branch in particular so that you never have to deal with the horror known as Susanna Manfredi "Service manager."
