Can anyone tell me what happened to customer service? Ie banks looking out for their customers benefits. If that is what are looking for in a bank, do not bank with Atlantic Union Bank They are lazy and 100% foreign owned

Its pretty bad when a bank charges a $10. fee to cash a check . I work hard for the money are they so broke . organized crime at its best now you have to pay banks to stay in business

When Wachovia came under new ownership the level of customer service I had been accustomed to dropped. I didn't want to, but I had to switch banks. I am not a large customer, but I am greeted by name when I come in. There have been several problems, my fault, not Union's, that they have helped me work through. I am very happy I made the switch.
