I can only rate what I bought, which was Tempura Shrimp Sushi- what a huge disappointment! Tails left on, 2/3 had no shrimp in it, and rice was stale and hard.
Cannolis from the bakery- soggy, flavorless, and not what I'd consider a Cannoli.
I have spent a lifetime shopping at Publix throughout Florida and Asheville, NC and this store does not meet the quality standards of every other Publix I have shopped at.

Publix at Harbour Pointe Shopping Center truly cares!!!!!
Just freaked out and had a bit of a meltdown in the middle of Publix. Apparently my 12:00 order for pickup never went through. The baker hugged me and said she got this!!!! The manager witnessed the whole thing and offered complimentary ice cream or popsicles for the party. I told him thank you but he didn't have to do that, it's my fault. Publix is definitely THE place to go. They truly care!!! Hadley is the best baker with the best heart!!!! After she finished making the cupcakes, she made me cry again, in the best way, because she came to the table I was sitting at and delivered the cupcakes and said she paid for them to tell my daughter to have an amazing birthday ???? good people still exist

I go to Publix for the pharmacy. I get my medications and vaccines there. They are alwsys friendly, helpful and professional.

Produce quality/ selection is very poor. Avacados are awful most of the time.
I can find much of what I like elsewhere, and better quality.
Overall, I like the store.
