We've tried lots and I mean lots of groomers over the years and none have been able to get his yorkie full round face right. So, thank you. And for the groomer of our dear Harper... bless you for all the patience I know you must have needed. From a pup, no matter how much prepping we've done, he can be hit or miss especially with his paws and hind area. While the staff didn't say anything negative, which I can appreciate, asking if he was a handful and getting a grinning nod in return said it all. The trim was perfect, they smell great and their soft fluffy fur = repeat business from us. Thanks again.”

“If you're looking for packman frogs, this is the place! My husband and I found the sweetest little albino strawberry packman frog for our daughter here. The young ladies that helped us knew their stuff! They placed him on hold for us and helped make the surprise so much fun. Our girl was thrilled. The shop associates knew what we'd need for proper food, they told us all about his temperament and how he preferred to eat, found us proper substrate and helped us keep it nice and moist for our new friend and his ride home too. Not only did he represent Petco very well with the great customer service but he was really looking out for the pet we recently purchased and my daughter's best interest. He was very helpful from the jump, we approached him with a question and he had a solution, started out by walking us around the store to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase we were about to make and that our new pet would have the best habitat we could possibly offer him. His knowledge of the process of purchasing a pet that had been returned because its male counter partner was very territorial and showed a lot of dominance that it had to be under special treatment before being available to the public again, to what to feed and the advice on how to care for this particular animal was outstanding. He is a true young generation asset to Petco. The customer service and work ethic that he showed today...... I wish it could be shown and offered everywhere within the younger generation today.
