This is such an easy process. You file all of your documents on the website, and your agent starts filling out your tax forms. Within minutes my agent let me know she was working on my files.This used to be an extremely stressful task. That's not the case with H&R Block.

I really want to give 0 stars due to amount of money overpaid for my last years taxes with this company. If you are small business owner don’t even think to come to that place. They don’t know even basic deductions. It is just insane amount of lost. People saying here how patient and sweet the employee are. It makes me laugh. We don’t pay money for being sweet! We are paying for the service hoping that people have a knowledge and do the job in a right way!

Suzanne guided me through the whole filing process, met with me two appointments, and clearly-explained everything. She spent extra time and even stayed after closing.
