I've been going to this location for so many years I can't even remember how long. Anyway, each before leaving they want to set you up for the following Year appointment. And as always I agree with appointment. Ok so why this year I spoke with 2 different people about the same and received several emails and text messages about the appointment. Only to change my weekly plans to go to this appointment. Get to the office and be told oh your tax rep is gone for the day. And I've just wasting my time and gas driving out of my way. I have confirmation about my appointment. Yet NO ONE from that office couldn't contact me earlier and say we have rescheduled your appointment. I got absolutely nothing, but a idiot yes, I said it an idiot receptionist. I told her I had my appointment for that time because of my work schedule. So why is she suggesting oh what about 1 o'clock nope I'm at work and there's absolutely no way I could make it there even if I took an extended lunch. There's a reason for an set appointment. I wouldn't recommend this location and not even sure if I'll return next year. Cause they were in the WRONG and they never made it right. How many other customers have they did this too. Makes me wonder if they can't schedule appointments correctly are they doing their tax preparation correctly. Customer Service at it's finest NOT!

Fast service…however, I found an error in my taxes that decreased my tax due by $808.00. I would expect a little compensation for my time and aggravation in going over every line of my documents. Nope…just a “sorry” and by the way when you file an amended return you have to pay the State of Virginia by check. Looking for another tax preparer for next year.

Tax guy was great but those crazy fees just to file my taxes is a bit insane I don't even make that much I will just do it my self from here on out to put some numbers in a computer 200 plus is way to much
