Walked in for a consultation after submitting my initial documents online. The lady that prepared my taxes said they were "ready to file", but I pointed out that I accidentally forgot to include one form and would it be a problem to re-do them with the correct form. She seemed irritated and exasperated with the request, kind of sat back and let out a long sigh, as though adding this additional form was a huge hassle for her. I walked out and found a better tax preparer who went above and beyond for less money. This particular employee was rude and unprofessional and lost my business.

Ladies working there are so polite and helpful. I have been using H&R couple years and now my son uses them as well. They handle everything. I love that bc I'm not a numbers kinda gal lol. I am definitely a repeat customer.

Very professional. He found significant errors on my amendment that would have saved me an audit and I am grateful. I will never use my previous CPA again, and will come back to H& R Block in the future. Was definitely worth it.

Terrible communication. No one knew who was doing what. Terrible response time. Mistakes that I caught. Couldn't answer questions on specific lines without having to consult another agent. I'll never go back!
