“I’ve been a member for a little over three months now, and I love it. I was super nervous at first, and not sure if I was going to be able to do the workouts but as time went on I grew and learned new things. That anxiousness went away and now I feel strong and it’s so rewarding when I finish a class. The changes mentally and physically I have noticed over the last three months has been awesome. Definitely come try it out, even if it’s out of your comfort zone, I promise you’ll get hooked and we will all be there to cheer you on! (Just like others did for me!)”

“We LOVE Planet Fitness!!!!! We just joined and the owner Dan took us on a personal tour, was in no hurry, shared some of his personal stories-SUPER friendly!! We joined on the spot. Since then, we have been greeted by different employees and we feel like we are friends. So nice no matter how trivial our questions are. Love the equipment-especially the 30 minute workout. Never seen that before. And people in the gym are super friendly too. Shout outs toPer Ankh and Elijah for their smiles and welcoming us everytime we come in!!!!!”

“This is an amazing place to workout. I've thoroughly enjoyed the instructors so far here. Maddie and Heidi were amazing instructors. I'm fairly new to orange theory and both of them went out of their way to help me with my technique and checked on me and showed me the correct form and way to do the exercises. They were both very friendly and had such positive attitudes and really helped encourage me. The front staff is also very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this orange theory location for anyone looking to try out orange theory and lose weight or get in better shape.”

“Great location! The school age program is awesome. Mrs, Shantese does great work even under pressure. The family nights have been an absolute blast. The carnival, trunk or treat and skating events were so fun. She’s definitely making so many memorable moments for families of all walks of life. Her sacrifice and dedication is one that doesn’t go unnoticed by the children and parents. Thank you so much! Can’t wait for more events in the future.”

“I’ve been a member of acac since February 2023. I am so glad we finally decided to put this in our budget! There is something for everyone in our family ranging from ages 6- 45. It’s not just a gym, it’s a club! We have all the amenities we need including weights, indoor/outdoor pools, indoor track, classes, weekly activities, and the swim team! The staff is super helpful and the kid zone is an added bonus for us. The kids love it! Great place to be!”

“Lifting at Gold’s Gym Westchester Commons is a spectacular experience and it starts with the wonderful staff. They are welcoming and inviting, they hold the gym to a high standard while building quality relationships with clients and peers. I personally have developed great friendships with Danny Valenzuela and Greg Smith! They keep the gym fun and help create a positive community that I look forward to be a part of every day.”

“I've been toying with the idea of joining the gym. This year, I decided it's time to stop talking about it and be about it. The gym is clean, and I watch ppl wipe down machines after each use.”

“I use to belong here but this time met up with a friend to workout in the morning and loved that it wasn’t crowded nor that people were paying any attention to us working out.”

“Sauna is often between 160 and 170. Not at 180. Wish they'd set it so the sauna is at 180 or even higher consistently. Scientific benefits of sauna really show good results from 180+ degree temps, particularly growth hormone release. Also I suspect I have twice caught colds from members that came in with nasal congestion or a productive cough. Not to mention the semi-regular occurrence of people doing weird stuff in here that I'd happily pay more to avoid ever experiencing. People blasting music on their headphones, some dude rapping out loud, another guy bobbing and weaving his body in some acted out rage. Like seriously? No etiquette. They need to ban headphone and cell phone use in the sauna. It's annoying and would improve the experience for all users.”

“The perfect spot for me to continue my recovery from a hop replacement, with several different machines to increase and restore leg strength, and treadmill where I can be entertained with a TV program while doing some otherwise boring miles of walking here when the weather outside is unpleasant.”
