As a Preferred Plus member I always get a nice selection of cars to upgrade. I look forward to my trips to San Diego because of the weather; the views and I know I will be in a nice vehicle. The process in and out are generally smooth. Overall 5 starts.

I use Enterprise almost every two weeks for car rentals. The staff has always been extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again!

I appreciate being picked up from the auto body shop. The people were friendly.But I got a car that’s steering wheel raising and lowering mechanism is broken and the wind shield wipers should have been replaced like a year ago. They just smudge the water and make it impossible to see. Clearly this shop doesn’t inspect their cars well. Dangerous. I’ll be excited to drop this off and be done with it.

Got a great vehicle for the category I reserved. Clean, well equipped and in really good shape. Most impressed by the employees, so courteous and friendly. I left a couple items in the car and they went out of their way to help me get them back. First rate!

Great experience renting from my local enterprise office.Last minute rental due to transmission issue and enterprise knocked it out of the park.Made a reservation over the phone and arrived shortly after.Reviewed with the agent/assistant manager my options and elected to go with the car seen in photo.Quick walk around and I was on my way in likely under 10 min.I frequently rented from enterprise and national previously and this was one of my best experiences.Happily rate them 5/5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone in need of rental car services.

We needed a rental vehicle while our primary vehicle was in for repairs. We had an appointment at 11:00 but were running late. Blake called and left a voicemail to inform us we missed the one-hour grace period and they were canceling the reservation. Based on our conversation I thought we could pick up the vehicle after 11:00 but due to poor communication from them, we lost the reservation. I called back and he and someone named Eddie said they had nothing and to "check back in a couple days." Not helpful at all. Use one of the other Enterprise locations.

They over charge for everything and still try to get you to by more and more coverage for different things. Enterprise used to be a great and affordable place to rent a car now I leave this place feeling like I was scam smfh.

I’ve been doing business with this Enterprise for years and while others are equally as close in proximity, I can always rely on the professionalism at this particular location. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re in and out quickly. They show respect to every customer who walks in the door.

Allowed me to rent a car online for the same day, then called about 30 minutes later to say they are fully booked. Just looking to get home after a car accident so this is not the stuff I’d like to be dealing with right now, not a way to do business.

The individual who picked up my son and myself at the body shop was very understanding and did everything they could to work with me. However I did notice a few things wrong with the rental car and even after I reported it, they did not bother to contact me back or to get me a new loaner car so the car need to be aligned when you have the stairwell turning all the way to the left and stuff center. The alarm is off, the indicator for the window open, kept dinging for the passenger side window even though it was closed and I brought this to their attention and they did nothing about it. I would not recommend this particular Enterprise.

Pick up and drop off process was flawless. Both representatives were professional and responsive. Nicely kept vehicle. And courtesy drop off was exemplary.

Customer service could be a little more energetic in presenting and showing vehicles instead of trying to show a picture of vehicle on computer trying to save themselves a walk. More concerned with the customer than just getting a rental out and a signature to move on. Vehicles should not have permanent visble stains and should be detailed thoroughly. All electrical outlets should be tested prior to rental as should be able to use to charge devices. Vehicles equipped with navigation should be let known to customer if not working or not usable for travel purposes if a vehicle has navigation you expect it to work as part of the rental.

Both cars I was presented smelled like cigarette smoke. Both were mid-sized SUVs (Nissan Rogue and Ford Edge). I could smell the smoke in the Rouge when the rep opened the door. I declined that vehicle and went with the Ford. After driving away in the Ford I could tell that one had been smoked in also. By the end of the rental both my son and I had horrible head congestion. I told the rep and they discounted a day and apologized. The customer service was great there, and this is the first time I had a rental from there that smelled of smoke. I would rent from them again, but this experience was not the best.

I travel almost weekly for work and the location on Lake Harbour Drive is the best around by far! The associates are super courteous, flexible, and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to ensure they meet your expectations. Wouldn't rent from anywhere else!

This enterprise location is the best in all of Central VA. I travel for work often and rent vehicles weekly. Daniel, Austin, and Blake always make sure I'm taken care of and my vehicles are ready and clean. If I have an issue with a vehicle they quickly make sure I'm taken care of. I have plenty of choices to choose from but I'll always patronize a business with employees who care. Great job guys!
