Service was great; all three I worked with were kind, helpful and incredibly friendly. Car worked well, the vehicle needed an oil change half way through my trip but that didn't affect my drive. Would have liked the car to be cleaned out a little better, but it wasn't dirty by mists standards (I have OCD when it comes to cleaning my stuff). Cost for the rental was fine, no complaints there. Overall satisfied with my experience, this office gave me the hospitality I expect from residents of Chesterfield.

When we arrived on pick up day they didn’t have the exact vehicle we reserved but they got us into something with the same amount of room. From the guy at check in to our return guy— they were excellent! Great service from both (wish I remembered their names!).

Rented a 12 passenger van for a trip. Got their right when it opened with three other families. Had to wait outside for 20 minutes before the staff finally strolled up and came to work. They just walked in an unlocked the door without opening or saying anything to anyone. Van was there and ready but definitely not the cleanest or nicest I have used in the past. I would 100% recommend Enterprise if you can.

I was told there would be a $200 deposit and then pay the total rental for the car when I return it. This is a lie. This place really doesn’t know the policies it’s telling customers. Would not go here based on other reviews and my own experience. Bad company with no idea what is going on. Instead of a $200 charge they charged me $934. Don’t go here until they straighten out what the heck they’re doing. Probably just don’t go at all.

Despite reserving a car online and PREPAYING for it, it took a FULL HOUR from the time I walked into the Budget office to get in the car. There were four or five people ahead of me when I arrived, and only one clerk behind the counter. The people ahead of me have been waiting for quite a while as well. I have never waited so long to pick up a car in 40 years of traveling, whether at a busy airport or a stand alone location like this one in Midlothian. And when I finally got the car, it had not been vacuumed or otherwise cleaned after being returned by the prior customer. I do not have an hour to waste waiting for a car for which I prepaid. From now on, I plan to rent from the competing rental car agency down the street. I have had terrible experiences with Budget in the past, and it was a mistake to give them another chance.

I showed up on a Saturday morning and the worker at the counter said there weren’t any cars available. I reserved a car 6 months in advance, so this absolutely was unacceptable.The worker told me that the management didn’t plan ahead, and they were short on cars. There were 6 other people that day who needed cars too. Luckily him and I worked it out since I reserved earliest so he cleaned out a car that was dirty and returned previously. It was frustrating though because I ordered a full size and I ended up with a compact for my 12 hour drive that day.All in all, in the future I will be renting my car from the airport because even though I’ll be driving 30 minutes there and paying more, I will know for sure that my car will be ready when I need it.

Avis at the Richmond Midlothian Turnpike overcharged me $2000. I rented a car for a week and they charged me for 2 weeks. They said they could not find the key, and could not locate the vehicle on their lot. Not only are they incompetent, they are borderline criminal. I am taking legal action against them.

Great service and prices. The car was good too, had a few minimal dings, but for half the price of Enterprise I'll rent from them every time. The only thing they need is a night drop for keys.

I set my reservation over a month ago, when I pull up to get my car @ 12pm the guy working there tells me that they’re waiting for some cars to pull up, long story short I didn’t get my car til 3pm and it wasn’t even the car I reserved. They did give me an extra day for free to make up for the 3hr wait

They were swamped. Tried to give me wrong car, was super apologetic gave me half day free. Car got me to key west and back comfortably.
