Bank of America in general is absolutely trash, and they love to play games. But this location specifically ranks as one of the worst for me. I've been cashing a check for my business every week for 6 months, I decided to come to this location because it was closer to my project, and they wouldn't allow me to cash the same check I've been cashing every month. Clearly not willing to work outside the box and definitely not willing to help people out unless it's incredibly convenient for them. Lots of elderly people in this area as well so they take a long time for their transactions. Definitely go elsewhere there's another location within 3 mi

This branch is in a very good location for those of us who live west of midlothian and the individuals are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Came by during my lunch break to pick up a temporary debit card when my main card was flagged for fraud. Walked right in, no wait. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Was in and out in no time. Great experience.

Met with Michael yesterday regarding a small loan. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took care of our needs in the best way. I usually only use the ATM at this location so was surprised by how professional the staff were.

I had a great experience at this branch today. Darrius (spelling?) and Rebecca went out of their way to help me with a large (to me) transaction. They had me in and out in minutes and even waived a fee without me asking. Really helped make my afternoon much better.

The Great thing about there being a bank everywhere you go... is they pretty much all have an ATM! So even though this is or isnt the branch or brand i have an account with,my ATM card allows me to get at my money any hour of the day or nite!...which is beautiful & Ugly at the same time when you realize the answer is the same for both... Lol

I have been to this location multiple times and have yet to be treated with any sense of urgency or service. Windows never open. If you need to speak to someone everyone in the office is so busy staring at the computer you need to wait but the is NO ONE in the bank. News flash...I have options. #NeedTraining

Deposits were sent to this bank through another bank's bill pay. Checks were in the mail box for TWO MONTHS before any employee checked the mail. Called to discuss how this happened and was told the "mail is only checked when a manager feels like going to the mailbox" (which is on site). When asked about fees from stop pay, I was told, like all my other questions, the branch employees know nothing about fees and I would need to contact customer service. WOW! Had to recently close an account I had with them for 15 years because they were changing fee policy and charging $12 a month for a savings account. They were not willing or able to discuss a different type of account that would not have fees. They seemed totally fine losing a customer that has several accounts and been with them for 20+ years.

This bank location is pitiful!! Every time I go in there, (which is not very often thank goodness)!, I always have to wait in line. I never have one of those long drawn out transactions like some people have, so it is very frustrating to have to wait 5, 6, 7 minutes for someone to get finished with their stuff! I went in there yesterday (4/27) to cash my payroll check & have it deposited to my checking account. As the only teller was doing my transaction, I complained about them only having one teller on a Friday!! I told her that I was going to take one of those cards that says to give back feedback. Fast forward to today, my funds have not been posted to my account!! I called the customer service center last night & this morning, & they told me that they don't even see ANYTHING about a deposit!! Now they have to open an investigation!! Thankfully, I do have my deposit receipt! This is really putting me in a bind, & you can best believe that the first opportunity I get, I am going inside there & will give them a piece of my mind! They also need to have some type of music playing, because it is too quiet & dreadful inside there, maybe the music will help. This location is the pits & should be shut down!! I don't think they even have a drive up teller window! This is my first place that I am leaving a complaint, but it will not be the only site!
