I tried to deposit cash in both ATMs - wasn't accepted for whatever reason. After a twenty minute wait, the teller berated me into using the ATM although I had cash and a deposit ticket. I explained the ATM wasn't working and they offered to teach me how to use the ATM. In a hurry, I BEGGED the teller to please take my cash and deposit it. This was met with more refusal. Bank of America has really fallen off with customer service...
