My truck would not start and I had to boost it. When I went to AutoZone they tested my battery and found it was bad, sold me a new one, and installed it in about 10 minutes! Great customer service!I was there October 26th, 2023, they tested my battery and found out that my alternator is bad. The guy worked for probably 20 minutes cleaning the battery and checking the connections. Great customer service!

I came in after a very frustrating morning. Car issues will do that. Rose and the crew were super nice and friendly and they really helped turn my day around with how they treated me. This is the first time my day has ever been improved by going to an auto parts store. Buy your auto parts here!

Kieth helped me with my purchase of a battery. He was able to recommend the best battery in his experience and also what customers tend to like which gave me options. I was grateful he took the time to explain which battery would best suit me. He also helped me locate other items throughout the store and printed me a receipt so that I could come back to exchange for the core charge. When I came back in later today both Kieth and Clayton helped me and I was in and out in no time. Very satisfied with my visit today! Thanks for the great customer service

I had an emergency and could not work due to a headlight being out and Antonio W took the time to actually change my headlight!! So sweet and so were the other staff!

Customer service is really bad, Ramone Turner is so lazy and unethical and locks customer service skills, I took a battery to have it charge he said the battery it’s not good. I have to buy another one. Then I told him my battery is under warranty, he said he could not find my warranty, also I have to get another one at the same Auto Zone where I bought it.I drove to another Auto Zone, they check the battery and it was still good, it needed a charge only.
