It saddens me how there is no regards for customer service at this branch. Wells Fargo claims to provide good customer service, well this branch did not get the memo. My daughter and I waited over 45 minutes to open an account and everyone acted as if we were not even seated in the lobby. When I went to the line to ask for assistance, I was told there's only on banker. Selam definitely needs more training in regards to customer service. This was my second day coming here and nothing.

Clear management problems, looking at other customers reviews I can see their media manager is hard at work trying to remove as much negativity as possible even though it seems deserved. Everyone is complaining about the customer service when that's clearly a management problem. Management that cancels interviews with candidates 10 minutes after their supposed to call or meet. I know I will be moving my accounts over to a superior bank like capital one as soon as possible.

Bad customer service. Do not like to answer the phone: pick it up and hang up right away without saying a word. Very disrespectful people.

I've been with Wells Fargo for 30 years, since it was Central Fidelity By far this is the slowest drive up banking service I've ever experienced. On top of that the ATM is frequently out of order or it isn't taking deposits at random So irritating

I've had accounts with Wells Fargo for almost a decade, and I have had pleasant experiences with them thus far.I have never had any sort of complaints with Wells Fargo before now, Usually everybody is welcoming and kind at the WF branches I usually go to, but today I was greeted with rudeness and hostility.I went in to Finalize paperwork for some investments that my recently deceased grandfather had left for me and my mother.I tried to call the number on the door but nobody would answer, so I knocked a couple of times on the front door to get the attention of a teller or banker.A few moments later, a taller gentleman dressed in a suit, whom I'm assuming may be a supervisor unlocked and opened the door.He informed me I could not come in unless I have an appointment, however my mother had arrived a few minutes prior and was already in the building talking to one of the bankers.I relayed that information to him, and he replied "I need a name" in a demanding demeanor... To which i responded my mother's last name.He assertively told me "go get a mask or leave"So I mumbled to my self about my displeasure of the tone he was using towards me. And I walked to my car to grab the mask to comply with his request, and when I started to return; he then shouted "Never mind" and shut the door and locked it.So I went back up to the door, and waved to try to get one of teller's attention, because I didn't understand why he locked me out.He came back out a moment later with my mother and accused me of verbally assaulting him; and proceeded to tell me "I'm not letting you in"; when I did not direct any type of resentment towards him as an individual. So I was dumbfounded as to what the problem was, and I asked "What is the issue?"He snapped back at me "If you give me attitude, i give attitude back" and then locked the door to my face and walked away, instead of trying to resolve this situation. I still do not understand why he was berating me.If ever I said anything to offend him, I would have tried to apologise for it, and make ammends. But he refused the time and effort to deal with the situation in a proper manner. And treated me like I am not valued as a customer. So I left and went on with my day as normal.locking me out of the premises instead of talking to me, is an immature and unprofessional action for an employee to take against a customer, I'll be banking elsewhere.

Hands down poorest customer service period. The Branch Manager is the worst. Always has a sour attitude and rolls her eyes when things don't go her way. I will be switching to a different bank as soon as possible. Also, I sat outside for an hour and they could told me walk ins were by appointment only. Worst bank ever.

Count on being overly greeted at the door by someone that cant help you. Poor banking policies and holding funds for several days for cancelled online purchases are difficult to get off hold. Simply bad banking policies and always a disappointment to visit.

Seriously understaffed ALL THE TIME..people walking around doing nothing James or Jim or whatever his name is has NO personality, doesnt even acknowledge you..usually only one teller, used to be great when Debbie was in charge ..she always made sure you were taken care of....has seriously gone downhill ever since..no wonder they replace the one teller all the time ..every time you go in theres a different teller

Employees are very rude, they did something wrong and they tried to make it my fault that they didn't do what they were supposed to do when the account was signed up. Ive spoken to bankers and customer service and none of them were able to fix the situation that they messed up. Very disappointed with there buissnes, I will be looking to bank elsewhere
