Ok here goes, I have worked hard to rebuild my credit after some past issues. Go in for a personal loan, showed the branch person my credit score via credit karma and she was like this is great. They came back and stated that credit karma is not a reliable source that my credit score (Which they pulled from Equifax) was in the mid to upper 600's and set a ridiculously high interest rate for me. At this point I am curious about my credit score so i sign up for the paid service with Equifax so I can address the potential issues on my report. To my surprise my score was almost mid 700s on Equifax, oh and the other 2 agencies as well. Sent this information to the person that helped with the loan and heard nothing but crickets. Sent follow up, crickets! Now I am stuck with a high interest loan and have to keep an account open and my direct deposit through work open so I do not breach the terms of the loan. I can promise you this, I will be switching banks and already started the process, eventually i will refinance this loan with another bank and will close everything. I guess my business is not enough to even justify a response. Renee since you responded I will address you personally. You gave me an 800 number to call to help address my concerns. I had no idea it would be an automated attendant and would have to jump through hoops for ten minutes and still never talk to a live person. If this is how problems are addressed with AUB then I stand by my original review and will continue the process of getting everything transferred to another bank.

They have a very friendly staff that made me feel welcome and happy that I did business there. They took good care of my fiancee and I, and the manager came out and greeted us and made sure we had a pleasant experience as well.

Absolutely the best banking experience I've had in Virginia. The Mechanicsville branch has the most respectful and helpful staff. Just wanted to say I have absolutely loved my experience with this branch! I have been a customer of Atlantic union bank since I was a teenager and have always been impressed by their stellar customer service. Everyone at this branch is friendly and accommodating. Kathy was very pleasant and helpful with some paperwork I had to complete. Both of my interactions with her and this branch were absolutely amazing!

Poor customer service as if you have an issue or a problem they don’t agree with they cut you off and say you are being argumentative and don’t address the issue .

Poor customer service. Rude bank teller offered no assistance in helping me with an ongoing problem Im having with this bank. Instead of answering my questions she just cuts off the mic and walks away.

This branch is clearly understaffed. They don't answer the phone and the lines in the drive through are long and slow. This was a fine branch before the COVID. This bank's online capability is limited, so the branches are the only option for many transactions. You may want to check out other banks with better online functionality before committing to Atlantic Union Bank.

very nice staff. i rushed to the bank late one saturday morning to make a deposit before the 12pm closing. i had to anxiously wait my turn in the drive through before i moved up to the tube. i checked my watch, which is sometimes a minute fast or slow, and it read 12:01. maybe the pessimism in me told me to be prepared for a 'sorry we're closed' response, but no, the teller was kind and greeted me with a smile.

I like the idea of driving up and talking to a bank teller. I'm old school. I'm old. But after today's visit taking nearly 20 minutes sitting in drive thru. ( I was only the second car) I will be using that smartphone deposit app. Slow service. This poor teller was kind but unfortunately Not dedicated to the 2-lane drive thru on this busy Friday lunch hour. She had inside customers, too. So sorry for their overload but slow service is the consequences.

Extremely rude snarky workers. They seem to enjoy mumbling under their own breath. I will stick with the branch on bell creek road. This branch seems to lack professionalism, any leadership and it's disappointing.
