Been here twice for cash at window and both. Times I got back the incorrect amount; can anybody do their job correctly anymore this is not the only branch that cannot sorry to say or the only place.sad state of America anymore!!

Customer service at Chamberlayne branch is awful. Even someone from call center tried to get help and they said they were too busy to help her with my problem!!!

I set up an automatic payment to my fixed home equity loan but for some reason my fixed loan amount increased on me without my knowledge and their online banking is the worst because the only was to increase the amount I pay every month would be to cancel my auto pay and create a new one. Absolutely the worst online anything you can imagine.

Friendly staff, but frustrating that if an account holder writes me a check from this bank, that I have to pay a $10 fee to cash the check. Most other banks have done away with this type of fee.

ATLANTIC UNION DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES!!!! This bank has merged with two other major banks within recent years, it's been my experience that with each merger their customer service gets significantly worse. There's NO ACCOUNTABILITY their penalties border on PREDATORY PRACTICES and if you need them to correct an accounting error on their end be prepared for it to take all day or DAYS. There was OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS FALSELY WITHDRAWN from my checking account not only did I have to CALL THE BANK OVER 6 TIMES JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE but TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY they also CHARGED ME $38 OVER-WITHDARWAL FEE assuring me that it would be corrected by the end of the day, which it was not. Also I've banked with this bank for over 14 years you would think they would treat their long time customers better. ATLANTIC UNION PROFITS FROM PREDATORY BANKING PRACTICES!!!!!

I called union bank trying to setup a health saving account, I talked to paul about getting my income tax done but I had to open a health savings account first before I can do my income tax, I had no way to get to the bank. Paul told me to not worry about it and that he would meet me at my place all you have to do is sign a paper. Paul was very helpful and polite with helping me, we were able to get the account setup succesfully and I can file my taxes. Thanks for the help paul!

We use the bank off of 301 here in Mechanicsville. My husband went to pay towards principle on his loan he has with y'all this past Saturday. And he wanted to do some adjustments to it including setting up automatic payments and he had questions on what his new payoff date would be. When he got there he was sitting there waiting his turn. And when the teller asked what he was needing the new accounts lady was extremely rude and said that ain't happening today. Nope. And she ripped the papers out of the guys hand that she was helping at the time and stormed off. (That gentleman said they are always rude at that branch) we are new to Virginia so this is the 1st Bank we have experienced. When my husband handed her (new accounts)the check he was putting towards his loan she just handed it to the teller and said she will take care of it. It was closer to noon when he went to do this so I understand she was about to be off. But I used to work for First National Bank of Granbury Tx and NEVER would any of our new accounts treat a customer like that. I have seen customers come in after we locked the door and they would unlock it for them to take care of them in a respectful manner. We won't be a member with y'all much longer. We are Bank searching this week. And we will close that loan asap and never do business with y'all again. Also the $4700 my husband Josh Lemens put towards the loan is supposed to be towards principle. I already made the monthly payment Friday. But there was no talking business with that branch! He got nothing he went in there for. My husband deserves an apology. That lady doesn't need to be working their if she can not treat customers with respect. She is in the wrong business.
