Writing on behalf of my mother in law, who had her taxes done by Carroll last Saturday. He was her tax representative last year and was thrilled to have him prepare her taxes again. Carroll is very thorough and makes sure that everything is explained well and understood completely. I recommend him highly.

Agent made a mistake by using wrong SS# and override system when it tried to sound the alarm something was wrong.
After another agent redid my taxes and submitted via paperwork to IRS, I finally got my taxes 10 months later. Nightmare
