Went in for a custom suit and worked with Cleo. She really takes her time to make sure the suit is designed to your built and preference. Excellent customer service from the time you walk in to when you leave. If you get the choice, choose her as your advisor !

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at SuitSupply Tysons Galleria. The staff did a terrible job with measurements and tailoring, resulting in a stained shirt and bad measurements. Customer service was lacking, with long waits and minimal assistance. Had to return all items, and even then faced difficulty. Opted for Hugo Boss nearby, where I received exceptional service and found better alternatives. SuitSupply needs to improve staff competency and customer care.

I have been to this Suitsupply several times and always had a pleasant experience. But the latest time I went on a busy Saturday at prime hours with my dad and fiancé for wedding attire. We knew it would be busy and it certainly was packed but everyone seemed to be getting helped. Edric was not only extremely knowledgeable, but great at knowing when to walk us through things with options and when to give us advice. He managed multiple groups and a lot of factors with ease. He made the experience much more pleasant and converted my dad from a Jos A Banks guy instantly and made my fiancé question why I was going to other tailors. It was a wonderful experience for something that can be a bore or overwhelming for a lot of people.

James was a class act, professional, had an impeccable eye down to every detail fromHead to toe while fitting my custom full tux. James made our first experience at suit supply nothing but amazing. Will be going back to James for more tuxes in the near future and can’t wait to see how amazing the wedding tux looks soon. Thanks James, you’re the man!

Edric was fantastic. I went in to buy my first tuxedo, and first made-to-order item, for my wedding. Edric explained everything in a calm and patient way and made me perfectly comfortable throughout the process. I'll happily return to him in the future.
