I was not made aware that store return policy is stor credit only and when I accepted the store credit they assured me that I can come in the store and they will order the shoe I like online and I can pay using my store credit and when I tried doing that they say they can't beca the shoe is not in store. I am stuck with this store credit and getting no response from their customer care either

I have really been wanting a pair of these shoes for years. For my birthday my husband purchased two pairs for me which was so incredibly thoughtful. We went to exchange one pair today for a different style and were greeted by two indifferent salespeople staring at their phones and one salesperson who was minimally professional. I honestly felt like they thought I wasn't good enough or cool enough to be in there since I'm middle-aged and was in my workout clothes instead of dressed up. My husband even told me that when he'd made the initial purchase the salesperson pointed to a particular section of the store and stated "these are the types the old ladies like." The salespeople provided unenthusiastic service and only answered questions when directly asked. It was terrible. If I could've received a refund I would've just asked for one and taken my business elsewhere but as previously noted, this store only provides in-store credit if you return something. Such a disappointment.

I ordered my GG at a different store but wasn't happy with the laces. I decided to try this Tyson's store location... but was a little hesitant because of the low reviews. Well, I was greeted immediately! I explained to the sales person (Robert) that I wanted to change my laces. He was helpful and patient. He even relaced my shoes twice so they would fit perfectly. I will definitely come here for my next pair!

Recently purchased my second pair from the actual store. The sales staff were nice. The store was empty compared to other stores in the mall. They definitely aren't pushy. However...it wasn't until AFTER I paid, that I found out the STORES return policy. No refunds. Only exchanges or store credit, which conflicts with the companies website return policy. If I would have known beforehand, I would have purchased them from another retailer with a better policy.

Very poor service. I had an appt and when I came in the lady insisted I didn't confirm my appt. I explained u never sent one, she was skeptical until I showed her my phone and searched the number she sent it from. She was generally rude and in accommodating so we didn't stay long. It was not a good experience.

Bought a pair of sneakers for my daughter - after a day she had blisters and a rash from wearing them- asked for a refund or store credit - store denied any help - wow $600 for sneakers and they don't stand behind their product - bad customer service

Beautiful store and customer service is great! Gia was very friendly and helpful the two times I visited. I bought a pair of shoes a couple of weeks ago that I liked but I wanted to return because money has been kinda tight for me. Didn’t realize you couldn’t return shoes here. They would offer an exchange or store credit. I also came just in time because you only have 14 days to do it. I was able to exchange them even though I had worn them outside but they were in great condition. Also had a some money left over and got a great mask! If you’re looking for high quality sneakers and great customer service look no further!

3/21/21 "The Noose is Loose on the Neck of the Goose." Oops, that is a little R.L (Reconstructive Language) speak from The Gow School. This store has only been in operation for 5 months now. These shoes may look old and beat up, but this is the way they are made...handmade I might add. Some shoes look like they were dragged around the concrete jungle (talking about New York) and made it back to Virginia. I myself took a liking to the women's boots. There a thing about me and seeing women wearing boots. I love it...except women who wear those Ugly Uggs..., but I digress. I saw people come in and out of this store as I was writing reviews for the other stores I have visited. When i finally entered the store, I was greeted by one guy who's name I do not remember. I will give him the name Ernest. Ernest was pretty cool and informative. The others not so much. I found the shoes to be on the I side, but this is a high end mall. The boots were still the coolest thing and they are for women. Well, I got to see the store. Oh, and the icon for this store is the half star. They do have this in a key chain you can buy.
