On 10.18.2024, I walked into the branch for the 1st time. I was greeted with a big & warm smile from Kofi Marfo who pleasantly escorted me to the bank teller after telling him that I needed to get a certified check. The tellers, Monica & Maria were very sweet & helpful making the transaction very smooth. We actually all laughed together because I couldn’t remember my debit pin #.
Subsequently, I saw Kai & Kofi at the rep desk to change my address on file. Both of them were very sincere, warm & personable. Really appreciated meeting them. We had a lovely & enjoyable chat about our different cultural backgrounds which was heartwarming.
The employees here make you feel at home & like family. They are all so down to earth. I have visited various banks in many states over the years but this one is by far the best. Kai, Kofi, Monica & Maria are very gracious & more than willing to assist you with whatever your needs are. They are truly an asset to Chase: It has been a long time since I stepped into a bank branch but I will definitely come back to this one because they are special!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the recent encounter I had at the Chase Bank branch located at 8201 Greensboro Dr Ste 110, McLean, VA 22102. The incident involved the branch manager, Patrick, who displayed rude, disrespectful, and racist behavior towards both myself and my cousin. We visited the branch to resolve an issue with the mobile app, and my cousin accompanied me to understand the reason behind the app blockage. However, instead of receiving proper assistance and guidance, we were met with a complete lack of professionalism and respect from the branch manager, Patrick. When we approached Patrick, he refused to accept my cousin's passport as a valid form of identification and insisted on using his driver's license, even though it was voided due to a recent renewal. Despite presenting a hard copy of the driver's license, along with the passport, Patrick dismissively stated, "I can't help you without a driver's license, regardless of whether you have a passport and a valid hard copy of the license,"He made my cousin go to the car to pick up the driver license paper from dmv ,he took a look of it and said ,,oh damn no"We found this response to be extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. Patrick made no effort to explain the situation or offer alternative solutions. His abrupt dismissal left us feeling not only disrespected but also perplexed as to why customer service was disregarded in such a manner. The experience we encountered at your branch was simply unacceptable. As potential clients of Chase Bank, we expected to be treated with respect and professionalism. Instead, Patrick's behavior reflected poorly on your institution and left a lasting negative impression on both my cousin and myself. We have decided that we will no longer be using the services of Chase Bank due to this incident. It is disheartening to see a branch manager display such a lack of customer focus and disregard for inclusivity. We sincerely hope that this behavior is not indicative of the values and principles your bank upholds.I felt compelled to share this experience and bring it to your attention, as it highlights the need for improved customer service at this branch. I implore you to take appropriate action to address the behavior exhibited by Patrick and ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will thoroughly investigate this incident and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and prevent it from happening again.

Unhelpful and smug staff who complicate and draw out already inappropriately complex processes. Avoid Chase.

Always very nice and professional, and that goes for this branch and 7 corners branch. A fresh breath of air for the industry. They must be training them from top down. Excellent.

Not a good bank to do business. I have no choice but to close my checking & brokerage accounts. I opened them online. But I am told I have to go to bank branch & personally close my accounts. Jaimie Dimon for POTUS 2024 against two misfits already 1 starving with sanctions Biden & 2 Insurrection Trump! Two who love their fellow man like told but end result wars & hell

I was blown away by their professionalism - I came to the branch to ask a some basic questions related to my account, and the team went above and beyond to have my question answered. I’ve never felt so valued as a client.

BEWARE CHASEI tried to refinance my house with Chase, the refinance would have freed up an additional $3000 per month of my salary, I would still have had over $100K in equity based upon their appraisal and yet Chase lied to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) stating that I had "withdrawn my application". Chase lied to me stating that they would accept an inspectors results and they did not. It could be just Mr. Arturo M. Perla's office in Florida, but corporate did nothing about it. We seem to have a culture of accepting lies and deception as standard business practice. To add to the additional $3000 per month of salary, my girlfriend recently got on Medicare and Social Security, she had been unemployed and I had been covering her medical and incidental expenses. My credit cards, unsecured debt that I was trying to clear included a replaced roof, multiple large trees removed, a sliding glass door and vehicle repairs, 10-15 years of accumulated debt that would have been removed. The question becomes if not money, then why did Chase lie to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), there was no way I was going to "withdraw" my application when I was looking at this opportunity. By this time I would have had at least $12000 extra to address fixing up the place, or hiring a cleaning crew.I DO NOT TRUST LIARS, I DO NOT THINK YOU SHOULD EITHER - it could be just the Florida office who deceived corporate, but corporate supported the lie of my "withdrawing my application" in their response to my BBB complaint and messages on their site. I keep asking why did they lie? It was not about the money, my credit was good, my payment history clean. They set up a catch 22, found a problem, ordered me to get it inspected, implied that the inspection was my idea, failed to accept the inspection results and ordered me to do a vague "something". Then when I did not comply to do something they said I had withdrawn, why didn't they deny in writing? Why the lie. DO YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND EFFORT WITH LIARS?I live in Northern Virginia, why was my application sent to Florida.

It is a full service bank station. Very friendly management compared to other banks in the area. Pretty southern comfort welcoming & ready to answer your questions or banking needs. Visit this location and experience the good old fashioned way of banking. I guarantee you, you'll love ❤️ Chase bank at Tysons!!

This location is close by and since I had a poor experience at the Chain Bridge location some time ago this has been a great alternative and is even closer. The business banking reps have always been helpful.
