Was never selling gas for $9.99 a gallon we shut our gas pumps off because we were out of gas and we have old pumps the sign automatically goes to that so you know from the road we have no gas so you dont have to stop.

I usually like going to pointers but today the owner was just rude. Had a hurry up and buy attitude because I was looking at his merchandise for 10 minutes and I had already selected items. I felt disrespected and I have spent alot of money buying his merchandise. I was very dissapointed

Stopped at this store for gas yesterday afternoon, 12/26/18 and my husband bought a milk for our daughter and a glass bottle of Canada Dry Ginger Ale as I wasn't feeling well. I took one sip and immediately knew something was wrong with that soda. At the same time my daughter takes a drink of her milk and says it taste funny, I grab her milk to find it had expired. After contacting Canada Dry to decifer the codes on the bottle, they tell me the bottle expired in November 2016! 2016!!!! These people are selling products over two years expired. It's not clear on the bottles, so you could buy it not knowing that at all.

The owner is TERRIBLE !! I went here thinking I could catch a break but obviously not. So I swiped my card outside and had already put in my pin code so I went to lift up the pump and gas started going everywhere. Basically 10 dollars worth of gas was on the ground. I asked the owner if he could Reimburse me my money and he told me no. He said it was my fault the pump was broken. When it wasn't my fault at all. His ATTITUDE WAS SO NASTY toward me. I'm never going back to pointers again. He also told me he's not responsible for what goes on outside of the gas station . But if he's the owner EVERYTHING at that gas station is his problem. The owner is RUDE and I'm never going back there.
