“Contacted them about a Hustler zero turn. A employee informed me to call back and talk to Shane for more information. I called back later and was able to talk to Shane and he was very helpful. They had the model I was looking for in stock. I begin the purchase of the zero turn and had a few accessories installed. Shane informed me that he will call me back once the parts come in and is installed. A few days later, he called back saying zero turn was ready for pick up or delivery. Shane personally delivered my brand new zero turn to my home which is roughly an hour from the store. I’m not sure if Shane is the manager but he definitely goes the extra mile for customer service! I appreciate all of his help and love the new mower!”

But mainly there is this incredibly amazing helpful guy that works there that has helped us so many times and is so very knowledgeable about the chick's and even will research info for you.. gives amazing tips and knows how to sec the chick's and is so kind to our kids and us.. I'll gave to find out his name and add it inThe woman that was working with him that last day we got chick's had long dark hair and wad also kind and great.. as was the cashier! I believe she had red like orangish hair. Just a great place and we don't like to go anywhere else if possible cause the employees.. esp this man., is so kind and helpful and intelligent!”
