Well, in my opinion, the service is very good and above all there are Hispanic people, therefore it is bilingual and fast in any transaction you make, everyone is friendly

Customer service was terrible I think she was middle eastern teller with broken English was socializing while 4 customers were in the lines she was chitchatting with a client who already withdraw money from his account finally it was my turn and she didn't accept the check from a potential customer of mine he wrote me checks many times before and had no issue with it but this time she didn't accept the check because my full name was not written even I had my first and middle name it was quite frasturationg went to the centreville branch and got it taken care of wish there was another way of rate her because she doesn't even deserve a one start rating I don't know how she got hired for the position

I went to this branch looking information regarding HELOC, someone called me before my appt. I explained her the reason of my visit. Sadly, the lady who talked to me probably thought I was 5 years old because the way she spoke to me was like mocking me because of my questions. I don't have an account there, I was able to open one tho and I expressed my interest in doing that. Not anymore after she mocked me again saying that I needed to be a costumer for at least one year. I understand that, but I thought banks wanted costumers. Glad that she asked me if I have an account in another bank. Then she sent me there (This lady could learn from them. It's close to the Wells Fargo branch. A 10 minute visit to BOFA on Sudley Rd. can improve their customer service radically and learn a lot about treating potential customers professionally.

Pregnant, 1 tellet until 5pm, line is out the door, this is not my bank, went to cash a check...apparently I need to forms of id because my drivers license with my picture & name wasnt enough...apparently another debit card would have been better to identify me, which is sad...and a straight security risk...had to get out of the long line, to grab another card, and back into the lonnnng line, they suck, im glad I dont bank here...

Updated on 7 December - WF wants me to send them an e-mail describing the problem. The problem is inadequate staffing. I already wrote that that was the problem in my initial review. So why are you trying to waste more of my time by asking about something that I have already described? What is wrong with you? Inadequate staffing is just that - not enough people. Does that really need careful analysis? So now the rating goes from two stars to one. You people have no business sense at all.Terribly long waits at the drive through and the counter in the lobby. If WF can't adequately man the facility, then don't bother to open; all you're doing is PO'ing the customers. I wasted 14 minutes today trying to make a simple credit card payment. Ridiculous.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for a very long time and stop at this branch frequently for banking purposes. But today’s visit was ridiculous. Not enough staff members working and the ones that were working were not helpful at all. There were a number of elderly customers needling assistance and those speaking to them and working with them were rude and not helpful.I also came in to open a joint account and tried to speak with someone that walked passed me 3 times as I was sitting in the waiting area and before a number of other customers sat down. She proceeded to speak with someone that had just walked in and was also informing them that she could not help them they needed to go online. That was the response to everything or that you needed to make an appointment and they would be closing at noon promptly.We just wanted to open the joint account and she was not helpful and kept telling each patron that they needed to call or go online for anything but acted as if she did not have the time to help anyone with their banking needs well before they closed. Highly disappointed in this location and the treatment of their customers.

Terrible service at this location I was waiting in line for 20 minutes just for trying to make a deposit I decide to leave without doing anything because they take so long.very bad experience.

I've called this branch two days in a row the first day I called 15 times in a row. Just need a simple update to my account, but I get redirected to general office and no one picks up the phone. I spent anther 13 minutes calling on the second day and still, no one answers. Please ACTUALLY do something about your work ethics.

This review is for the branch not the bank itself.I use to come every month to get a Cashiers Check and every teller I met was friendly. No complains. Easy transaction.No matter what time of day I’ve come there has always been a line to wait to be helped.There is an ATM machine outside that dispenses $50 bills if that’s your preference.The drive through ATM doesn’t always have that option. Sometimes they will be out of the $50 bills- no big deal.There has been a few occasions where deposit was not available (at the ATM) which is a nuisance.There is always parking available.

They only had 2 of the 4 computers being used... Two employees on a busy day/time is a recipe for having a line out the door - which is what happened. Staff was good - just needed additional employees scheduled!?

My first experience-went for domestic wire transfer. lady took me in and verify my debit card pin , name , phone number etc. ask for my ID I gave DL.asking why you don’t have last name I said it’s due to culture she said you must have last name. She is racist she said Manager didn’t approve. I went to same day another branch and they did wire right away. And asked me did you visited another branch I said yes because she can see note “you was not able to proper ID”. Then she said why she didn’t approve your DL. You are fine.Customer since 7 year did many wire , using account. All my fellow citizens pls avoid to visit this Branch. Thanks
