Never ever take your phone to repair the screens or anything, I saw a Kiosk in Manassas mall and called them about a few months ago, they sent a tech from Germantown MD location to my house in Gainesville VA and replaced my brand new iphone11 screen, a couple of days later I lost some features like the face recognition, when I called them back they don't answer the phone and went to the location they are out of business. To make long story short Apple informed me they are not an authorize vendor to work on apple devices and eventually I lost more functions of the phone and finally had apple re-did the work and replaced it with genuine part. They have another location in Potomac mall but not very helpful either. I learned my listen use only apple or the listing authorize vendors on apple site.

I got my phone repaired there 3 days ago my phone was perfectly fine and when I was pulling my phone out of my pocket I drop it on CARPET and I see a huge crack on my screen never go there ever in your life

I have a IPhone 7 Plus and my daughter has a IPhone 8 Plus. I got a new battery and my daughter got a replacement screen and a screen saver. Less than 15 minutes both our phones where fixed and up and running. I’ve had my daughters screen repaired before and that alone took over an hour. The Phone Repair Lab at Manassas Mall is the number 1 place to go to for any of your phone repair needs. Fast and knowledgeable about all phones.

I went to go get my screen replace and the nice lady said she will fix it and i came back 1 hour later and she told me to give her 20 more mins. When I came back a second time she said she can not replace it because she have to order a screen for my phone and it will be fixed the next day not to mention she took ny phone apart already!!!! How did it come to you fixing my phone in 20min to u saying u dont have my screen!!!!! Now i call to see if my phone is ready the next day and a man which is a manager said that he have to order it and the girl that was working the night before didn't know it was to late to order it- ????so the manager told me that he will order it and will have it fix the next day! I will give you guys a update.... #keepposted#

Took oneplus 3t for screen repair. They broke my power button while replacing. I waited for them to call to say the second screen came and was repaired but they didnt call. I had to call them. They gave me my phone with the screen buldging in the center and the power button stuck. My phone started to turn off by itself as well within a few days. I took it back to be repaired and they said i had to send it to the phone company because they couldn't fix the software issue. The screen is obviously not fitting! This has cost me way more money than it ever should have.

I had screen crack and the next 2 days had crack again and the guy told me can repair for 2months. They won’t fix it and they are liars!!! Don’t go there!

Save your money, don’t go here!! Repaired iPhone 7 here. Within three months LCD starts flickering. Took it back, guy says warranty is 30 days. Receipt doesn’t even have any warranty info. All other shops give at least 90 days or higher. Absolutely no customer service. Guy says give $60 to fix.. what a rip off!!..
