Best yoga instruction in RVA! Studio has a great vibe and teachers teach in an authentic way. Options for everyone who needs them. Classes are creative and fun, especially Barre Fusion. Everyone is open and friendly. Massage and Reiki are offered by appointment. Plenty of parking. Love it here.

This is a great studio. My instructor took the time to offer modifications and help me in my practice. The space is welcoming and relaxing, my favorite yoga studio.
