Waited DAYS for tow driver to come pick up the car. They said they would call. Guess what. They never called! Bad customer service. Lies on the time they will come up pick up the vehicle.Terrible way to do business. My time has been wasted all the way around. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not waste your time.

They are pretty prompt with their service considering the amount of employees. I'm going to say Family owned. The gentleman who works at the front desk is easy to speak with and quick to handle your request.
They accept vehicles with or without titles. Vehicles without titles are a dollar less per ton than the ones with titles.
Usually it's a quick in and out scrap yard.

this place is so dirty and the entrance and exit are all but inaccessible if you have a decent sized vehicle, plus when leaving you have to pull out of the parking lot in a blind curve. I've almost been hit there so many times.
