Great to work with to buy a car

Traveling from Atlanta north through Virginia and an engine light came on my XC90 : They were of no help and wouldn’t even look or make a suggestion other than to go to The Volvo dealership in Charlottesville . I called Charlottesville from the parking lot and the head of service walked me through a number of possible issues over the phone which I was able to get fixed the next day . This dealership sucked and in reality is a BMW dealership that could care less about Volvo owners .

Tina was amazing, she made everything so smooth with purchasing the perfect to us Volvo! Communication is her strong suit, she reach out to me and made arrangements to get the car ready to show my wife. Then after purchase made sure we knew how everything worked and made us feel comfortable in our purchase. Thanks again!

Wow! What an awesome group of people to deal with. I normally do not buy vehicles in Lynchburg because of the lack of inventory. I went to Volvo, found the perfect SUV for me and the staff made sure it was perfect before it left the lot. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Thank you Tina Chilton!! Not only were you my sales person but now you are a friend.

My wife and I had an excellent buying experience thanks to Ashton and Tina. We arrived at the dealership with plans to peruse the inventory and maybe take a test drive. Tina made us feel welcome and informed. We were encouraged to ask questions and to access/drive any vehicles, even more than once. Ashton was knowledgeable and prepared. Tina was also very accommodating. We did not feel pressured or rushed. Parly due to their friendliness and helpfulness, we felt comfortable moving ahead with a purchase faster than expected. We look forward to interacting with them at the dealership in the future.

Just made my first purchase from Volvo and could not be happier. Tina did a great job showing me all the bells and whistles on the vehicle. There was a minor puncture on one of the seats, but the customer service response was excellent. All fixed up and enjoying my new vehicle now!
