I specifically asked for gel set and a certain type of shape and they did not do that at all. They used any regular nail polish and overcharged as a “gel set”. Really bad service.Service: Manicure

I will never be back. First of all. NONE of the tools were sanitized. He reused them on me right after he did another girl. He also kept the toe dividers and put them in the tool box thing and when I came back while he was doing someone else they were still in there. DISGUSTING. Second of all, this manicure was $60. SIXTY DOLLARS. FOR “gel” but in reality is wasnt gel. Just the base coat was. He used regular polish. These were supposed to be flowers. They aren’t. I called to try and get a refund and the lady INSISTED that the picture I showed him was a stencil when I literally know they girl who’s hands were in the picture. Then she said that I should have asked for less flowers but I gave him the picture and he did it all on his own. On top of that. Not a single group of dots looks like a flower. I asked for a refund or at least the $20 I was charged for the “design” back but she said no then made the guy take the nail polish off. She then just painted them plain and sent me on my way.Services: Manicures

i waked in and had no wait, i thought things would go great. i sat down and asked for a full set of acrylic nails. the man doing my nails didn't prep them at all and immediately started grinding them. while grinding my nails, he scuffed and cut my skin. once he started applying the acrylics, i noticed he was putting the nails really close to the end of my nails. then when he went to cut down my nails they didn't have any professional nail tools, instead he was using rusty scissors to cut the nails. between this and filing my nails, a total of seven popped off. i asked for my nails to be filed in a coffin shape but he told me they would look better square and did that instead. also the whole time, any tools he used did not look sanitary and were coming from a rusty metal box. also on the phone, i was told it should only take an hour but i was there for two and a half. the end result doesn't look awful, but the service and sanitation issues made my visit unpleasant. the only positives were getting to watch hgtv and the man keeping up a small conversation with me.
