I highly recommend Carpet Outlet. The team had excellent customer service. They measured my rental unit and provided me the ability to handpick a carpet that they had in stock. I appreciate the company for their excellent service. I have a rental that will be on the market in October. Ali and his team were able to measure and excellently install the carpet fast. I will definitely come back. I love the carpet so much, I am actually sad I have to list the unit.

Carpet Outlet has helped me and my clients dozens of times over the years. Here's what I like: honest, respectful, and timely service along with excellent pricing. If you are looking for value for flooring, kitchens, and baths, this business can provide that. You get very good quality for a reasonable price. I find that the best experience is possible when there is very clear communication upfront using samples and specific items that are to be installed. There have been times when I made a mistake with the order, or maybe there was some detail left out during the installation, and these issues were always corrected to my complete satisfaction. I never had to worry. These are the kinds of honest folks that my parents used to work with when I was a kid. I would have no problem paying before the job is done. As a business person myself, I admire their work ethic and the way they care for their customers. Thank you, Carpet Outlet!

I just had two floors of my townhouse recarpeted and the installers did a great job (see photos) at a reasonable price! Would definitely use this company again and would also recommend them to my friends.

Carpet Outlet is FANTASTIC and if there was a 6-star rating, they'd get it. They removed the carpet from the living/dining room and stairs, restored the hardwood, and put in a stair runner. The work crew arrived on time, were polite and industrious, and swiftly cleaned up debris (to keep dust from spreading, they hung plastic sheets from the ceiling/walls). This is the second time Carpet Outlet has done work at our home. Now we need to carve out the time to get some rugs from ... you guessed it ... Carpet Outlet.
