This place is terrible, very bad service, the Spanish employees are very mocking, they pay attention to people's appearance, I mean, if you look pretty, I'll take care of you if I don't laugh in your face and you're not worth it, that's how those people at this bank branch are. guy deep down who makes fun of people, rude to Spanish people who don't speak Spanish I thinkThose who are ashamed of their indigenous Ispanic roots do not help at all

I wish I can give them zero stars unprofessional bank I want to make new bank account and the customer service girls name was Julio she said do you have proof of address I provided her proof of address she said no I need envelop of the letters what really ! So very unprofessional

I went into the branch today to withdraw a large sum of money to buy a car for my daughter . I had my passport , driver license, bank card and they would not allow me to withdraw my own money because one of my signatures did not match . I signed up online and that is the reason my signatures do not match . I have been a customer for a long time have three accounts never had any issues .. I think it’s time to change banks since I can’t have access to my own money .

Went to go get change and i was treated so horribly just because i didnt have a bussiness account. She said she would do it as a Courtesy but denied me once i told her where i worked at. If u can do it as a courtesy why not just do it .

Just stay out of this bank. It has poor business practices and employees that are unqualified to assist customers with basic needs. Today, I went to inquire about getting my son who is about to go off to college, a credit card. I have 2 accounts at Wells Fargo and my son has one account in his name. I have an exemplary credit score, over 800. The employee who was assisting us said Wells Fargo no longer issues credit cards to people like my son. I was bewildered and confused by her statement. I explained that I wanted him to start building credit and also wanted him to have a credit card for emergency purposes if he needed. I asked if I could get a credit card and he could be an authorized user on the card to build his credit in that manner. She said, you cannot do that with a Wells Fargo credit card. What??? Not wanting to waste anymore of my time with this obviously incompetent employee, my son and I left and went to our credit union where we received a credit card application upon request. Imagine that!!! Please everyone.... go to your credit union. If you don't have a credit union, I urge you to join one. The teller at the credit union completely understood what I was wanting to do and helped me achieve it. I cannot believe I walked out of a Wells Fargo bank (Catoctin Cirlce, Leesburg, VA) empty handed! This was a gross example of an epic business failure. To make it even more laughable, the Wells Fargo employee told me to put my son on my Target credit card to build his credit. I don't even have a Target credit card. She just pulled that suggestion from her own life, I'm assuming. Wells Fargo-- Catoctin Circle, Leesburg VA=== EPIC FAILURE. Incompetent employees.

This is the worst Bank that exists in the USA. They are thieves who steal your money from your face. If they can choose another Bank, I recommend them, do not go through headaches with these that are only stories and legends.

Terrible. During my most recent experience they had one teller open, with 2 girls working drive threw window. Woman at desk in front of me was handling loans, etc which was time consuming. Meanwhile the 2 girls were just hanging at drive in desk with no customers, and didn't acknowledge what I may have needed. MOD walked by a few times and didn't even bother. After 15-20 minutes of waiting in line, and no acknowledgement by staff, went to drive threw to make a simple deposit, where I was greeted with a sarcastic "welcome back". Last time I'll be back ?

We use this Wells Fargo as our bank for our store In the leesburg outlets. We never have any issues and the employees are always so nice and helpful!

Don't get a business loan through Wells Fargo unless you would like to relive 1980's technology! Would you like to make your payment online? Well you can forget that because they do not offer that service to business accounts. Would you like to set up reoccurring payments so you don't have to use snail mail or call in? Hey they offer this but you have to print a form fill it out and snail mail that in! Welcome to the 80's......
