Really great customer service at Leesburg Visionworks, both by the doctors and the management! They worked patiently despite being quite busy to ensure my insurance would cover my exam, and afterwards identified the most cost effective way for me to order both contact lenses and glasses, using my insurance coverage and their coupons. Very glad I stayed with Leesburg Visionworks despite having changed my insurance plan!

Great experience. Highly recommended! I normally would go to Costco for my annual exams. This experience was far more personable. Everyone was very patient, kind and helpful. The doctor and his techs explained everything in such detail. There was so much with my existing prescription that had never been explained to me at other optical centers. I’m used to just going through the motions, test, get the script, pick glasses and leave. Not here, they give you all the time and attention you need to ensure you’re completely informed and satisfied! Awesome location!

They did exactly what I asked! But I was wrong and they fixed for free bc of the 100 day guarantee. I got new sunglasses and asked for the lenses to be dark at the top and fade to less dark at the bottom. Turned out I didn't like the way it worked and I returned a few weeks later to get the lenses re-done with a more typical consistent darkness throughout the lens. When I asked how much they said "no charge" because this was in the scope of their 100 day satisfaction guarantee. Thanks folks!

I had such a great experience today at Vision Works. The doctor was so patient and explained everything related to the scans of my retina, how glasses should sit on your face, etc.The front desk staff was very friendly and welcomed you as soon as you entered.They sent several reminders of the appointment and had the link to the pre register form to make things easy.The store manager helped me pick out a new frame and lenses based on my preferences but also gave insight and guidance as to why they would not all work with my extreme nearsightedness and high strength prescription.I will only be going to Vision Works from now on and will recommend them to all my friends

The checkup was conducted swiftly. Upon arrival, the front office personnel promptly attended to us, a notable difference from the experience at the Herndon, VA location, where a staff member continued talking on a personal phone call. However, we encountered an issue with the frame charges; the discount percentages were not applied automatically. We were charged the full remaining amount, exceeding the frame allowance, prompting us to request a correction in the billing. It's essential to be vigilant during the payment process, as their system doesn't automatically apply the applicable percentage discount to the frame cost.

In an area where traffic can get bad unexpectedly, running appointments 20 minutes back to back with no float built in means that I left work early, rushed 40 minutes home to get my son, rushed 40 minutes back to make an appointment. I was late. Visionworks was unaccommodating. I have waited more than 40 minutes for an appointment before, but couldn't get a cushion on mine. I tried to call in the way and let them start know I was running late - all I could get was a bot. We have gone there for years and spent thousands, but we won't be back.

Very efficient staff! Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. Easy appointment scheduling option available online. I was greeted and sent to get my eye exam. The doctor was very kind and went above and beyond. The staff afterward was helpful and patient. By far the best experience I've had at an eye doctor/eyeglass place. Will be coming back with the rest of my family soon.

I visited Visionworks in Leesburg with a new prescription and a new VSP plan. The store manager was both very nice and super helpful in helping maximize my benefits. I walked out having ordered a new pair of glasses and lenses for $27.
