Pathetic customer service.Staff member and Manager were unwilling to help and told us to just call customer support. After 45 minutes he told us the store was closed now and asked us to leave.Why even have a store? This isn’t the way you treat customers. We’ve been with Verizon for 22 years. We will be switching carriers.

Had a problem with my phone which turned out to be a SIM card and they replaced it for free. Likely the first time I've gotten out of the Verizon store without having to pay something. The staff was quick and effective and fix the problem the first time.

Exceptional service! The team at this Verizon store went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deals possible. They patiently assisted me, even staying longer to address all my queries and made sure my purchases were shipped to my family smoothly. Special thanks to the technical specialist and manager for their expertise and care. Highly recommended for their outstanding customer service!

The lady who attended us was very aggressive and trying to rush us out the door. Horrible sales tactics, she needs more training and better manners. Additionally, the employees were bragging about who closes more sales. Verizon’s customer service number has better customer service. Do better!

We were trying to convert a device from another carrier to Verizon and we on the phone/on-line chat for 4 days & couldn't get it to transfer. Thomas from the Leesburg VA store was wonderful in helping us get through to the correct department, conferencing with them & getting the phone activated. We are from Rochester NY and were visiting family in Virginia & are so glad that found the Leesburg Verizon store! Thomas & his teammate stayed with us the entire time & turned what started as a bad situation completely around! Hats off to Thomas and his team in the Leesburg store. We will be staying with Verizon because of Thomas' patience, experience & great customer service!

Terrible location and service. Manager told me they couldn't sell me a phone because they put them away with 30 minutes until closing. It was 4:23PM and they close at 5. Will never go back. Terrible management.

I’ve never really had a stellar experience here but today I went in to upgrade my phone, before even pulling my information, the employees told me I should wait for the new iPhone to come out in two weeks and kept telling me how they don’t have any good phones and I can go to Best Buy if I want and see what they have. If felt very much like they wanted me to leave and couldn’t be bothered to help me.

Terrible experience! The manager, Thomas, was very rude. Just like the review below - he just kept repeating that he would only help me if I paid a $30 fee. I finally got him to give me a phone number could call for help, which, if he had let me finish speaking, he would have known was all I needed.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. So unprofessional - everyone is on their phones and they’re all worried about what is for lunch as opposed to taking care of their guests. No one was willing to help. Very lazy staff and very frustrating experience

Avoid this location at all cost. I was the only customer in the store and all 3 employees ignored me when I was simply there to pick up an online order. 2 of them did not even look up from their phones & 1 (the manager) gave me the wrong information on a basic question that cost me hours on the phone with customer service later. I wish it was possible to leave less than one star. Verizon should be ashamed to have these employees represent their brand. Absolutely pathetic.

Bought a phone here the other day. Tried to ask a simple question on why my phone was an SOS mode. Whoever was talking to us simply said they wouldn’t help us unless we paid them a $30 fee. Very bad customer assistance. So I left the store with no answers. I will now call customer support. I would not recommend buying your Verizon phone from this location. Go to the mall where they have always been extremely helpful.
