if you are going there for state inspection make sure they will find smallest excuses to fail you so While I was there almost every one failed, if you need new tires I don't know how are they but go somewhere else for inspection.

They Fixed something that didn't need fixed due to a misdiagnosis. Ended up costing me a couple extra hundred dollars. Don't go here.

Do not trust them! My wife and 16 year old brought his truck here for inspection and they tried to charge us $3,500. The guy quoting us this amount had to look up the part on google when I asked him what it does. They are a predatory repair shop, stay away! We got his truck past inspection for $400 from another shop.

If I could give a negative number I would. I took my car in for an inspection and emissions test and they failed me. I have taken it to another mechanic who told my car should not have failed the emissions test and what they failed me on for the inspection was in fact okay. I will also be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau because they would not give me an estimate unless I told them they could do the repairs.

THANK YOU Jeff and the entire AAA team. Out of five places I called, you were the only one able to get me in right away to “patch my tire”. When I ended up needing 4 new tires, you were honest and up front with the cost. Thank you for getting my car back to being safe to drive and the advice for how frequently to rotate and align the tires.

Went to 4 other places and was not able to get my truck seen. This place never fails me and I don’t know why I didn’t come here to begin with. Staff is always very nice. I’ve always been here even with my mother and my other family have always come here and they’re happy with the services. Plus you have places you can go to so you can wait and they always call when ready.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a run flat time go out (this is a terrible tire option, i have lost 3 run flats in 2 years). I called The Tire Shop, the gentleman who answered the phone spent 25-30 minutes asking me questions about my car, and helped me decide on a way to replace my 2 remaining run flats and convert the car over to regular tires. The shop had Wifi, so i was able to stop in and work while my tires were being replaced. Definitely great service.
